“The Spartan Theory”: Part3 - Chapter 25
"American Butterfly"

"Yes Minister"

1.37 pm Tuesday December 13th 2011

Dear UK Government, I will be attaching this the 39th chapter of the Book “The Virtual Network” as it will highlight the various letters I am sending to the 17 government departments.

I will also attach Chapter 37 addressed to The Right Honorable David Cameron, Prime Minister of Great Britain, which illustrates what can only be described as “The Holy Grail of Economics & Peace” It is a shame you do not have a science department as it would take a professor with knowledge of “Theoretical Science”, particularly “Chaos Theory” a matter of minutes to see merit in the work on this page: http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/EEE-14Billion_Years.htm (Please note the work is to be understood by the laymen and so is often written and illustrated in an entertaining way) For the full presentation simply go to www.s-world.biz
On Friday the 9th of December, I had a meeting with Mistier Grayling and presented the work plus a memory stick with 3000 or so back up files. I traveled thousands of miles on only my second trip to Europe in 10 years. I asked simply to meet with a government appointed economist and business analyst.

It was disappointing that he did not make such appointments especially on a day that Prime Minister Cameron was bravely defending the UK financial services industry against the whole of Europe. Further disappointment that on Monday after a follow up email and hand addressed letter mentioning my fear that delay may see the UK go into Christmas mode and that such a delay would globally cause +/- 40,000 businesses to go bankrupt and possibly 80,000 recession driven suicides.

Ignoring the work was not his decision to make; he is not an economist or business analyst. The work covers many different fields, and as far back as April, the original theory “The Spartan Theory” http://www.s-world.biz/Spartan_Theory/History_of_the_Spartan_Theory.htm stated “Each person, company or group need only concentrate on validating the success of the theory within their specific field of expertise.” http://www.s-world.biz/Spartan_Theory/OICONOMIA.htm

As an expert in education, Mr. Grayling is not qualified to analyze and asses the work on,

Computer science, Advanced Economics, Land development, Alternative energy, Infrastructure budgets, Foreign affairs, Defense, Social networking, Employment, Physiology, Pure mathematics, Building, Company structures, Travel, Carbon foot prints, Patent Law, Politics, Philosophy, Literature & publishing, Music, Public relations, Branding, Tutorial gaming, “Chaos Theory” “Gaia Theory”, “Particle physics”, “String theory”, “The Theory of Everything”, “The “Theory of Relativity”, The Euro Zone Crisis , The Greek Economy, Chinese’s Globalization, The Middle East, The Poverty line, The USA debt Crises, Company investment, API Networking, Global Banking Solutions, The media Film TV and Press, Oil & Energy.

All of which are covered in detail within the 3000 odd pages he received, and whist the 5 questions asked of him are very simple, so will be the questions to experts in the other 40 odd subjects, and once all have agreed that within their field of expertise’s that the project is indeed “The Holy Grail of Economics” we can finally get going.
Einstein says the highest order of intelligence is simple, and that is exactly what we have here, hundreds of thousands of extremely simple idea’s, all interconnecting and so making more that the sum of there parts.

Questions asked of “The Right Honorable Mr. Grayling MP” within his field of expertise.

1. Is replicating Dene Frederick Terman’s vision of creating a business park for private companies that could commercialize the ideas of Stanford Universities’ students, a good idea, considering it led to the creation of Silicon Valley, Apple, Intel, Hewlett Packard and most technical companies in the USA.

2. Would the sharing of all technological advances within such a park increase company profits, and speed up technological progress in general.

3. Would ¼ of said company profits being reinvested in the park/university further increase scientific development

4. Would making any pharmaceutical, medical, agricultural or environmental advances free to the world, improve the lives of millions maybe billions.

5. Is the mass education of the citizens of earth, particularly in science and environmental practices a good idea?
(Note points 2, 3 & 4 were not asked as direct questions rather highlighted in his reading material)

This economic solution is 100%, behind the solid business, software and business networking please appreciate that the project is also based on a non chaotic economic structure. It is extremely powerful, most likely the most powerful project ever created. As such it certainly needs political advice before approaching the various initial companies that are earmarked for investment. And we are talking here about $1,024 trillion for Greece over 8 years and same for Great Britain, plus the creation of +/- 2 million jobs.

I really do not wish to be negative or pushy, however the nice guy approach has so far got me nowhere, and with VIRGIN (Who eventually agreed the financials are worth $50 Billion) it was only when pressure was applied that they bothered to look at the presentation. http://www.s-world.biz/Virgin/Pre_Spartan_Theory_Travel_Software_Proposal_to_Virgin.htm you will notice I have covered VIRGIN, the true story is very damning and would cause great harm to their brand. I do however need Sir Richard Branson so I did not publish their true uncharitable behavior.

One Minister or Government here or there however makes little difference; I’ve only included the UK in the first wave of investment as I was here. Italy, Spain, Ireland & Portugal are in more need; China and South Africa also were considered.

Chapter 38 of this book is something you will never want anyone to see; it is the first negative chapter or work in a year, and the frustrations of all the companies I have leverage over but cant criticize as they are essential partners is compacted into one chapter. So far it is only critical of Mr. Grayling MP. This Chapter however will reflect the actions of 50 MP’ I’ll address tomorrow.

We are currently putting up the previous 37 chapters of this book on the website www.s-world.biz and I have a list of 100 literary agents to send it to. To think it will not be published and serialized in the press would be incredibly naive, and considering it is designed to be a follow up film to “The Social Network” which won 4 Oscars, as soon as the social networking concepts see the light of day a film is also on the cards. The entire conservative party ignoring my requests to see clever people will of course make for an interesting section

I’m not interested in money; I never lie and will take as many M16 tests as you wish to prove same. Back in march before the theoretical science created the world’s first non chaotic economic structure VIRGIN approved the financials worth up to $50 Billion, and the reason no one has heard of this is as its top secret as political advise is needed particularly on the China, Iran, Afghanistan & Pakistan initiatives.

Negativity is very bad for the process, it goes against the science, I wonder how much money you have already spent on consultants and economists to try and find solutions for the Economy? How many suicides will take place for each day of delay? Actually I’ll tell you globally +/2000 and about 1000 businesses bust, and lets not even consider the many children in the world dying of hunger and disease as the West can no longer afford aid. (all be it I was extremely proud that Mr. Cameron stuck to the parties aid promises)

Plus its Christmas, give the world a break and let me speak to some clever people before I’m forced to either send this and Chapter 38 to either every MP in the Labor party or worse the press. Do not confuse me with someone who will do what ever it takes to save the world.

Do not confuse poor grammar with lack of intelligence, mathematic scientific brains are not instinctively good at grammar. In the 90’s some called me “the best programmer they had seen”, then in 00’s “extremely clever”, in the 10’s “a genius”, then when I made the decision to give all personal profit away to good causes, I elevated to “Simple”, currently known as the highest level of intelligence, after this came the instinctive knowledge of theoretical science and what I call “Instinctive”

Let’s have a look at some quotes from some other clever people

“We need to look for solutions in unexpected places” Christine Lagarde - IMF Chief
“Think Different” Steve Jobs - CEO Apple
“We are so far, far, far away from knowing what this is” Christopher Cox – VP facebook
“The highest order of intelligence is simple” Albert Einstein

My adaptation of Einstein’s theory of relatively may at first look far from simple

E x TOE = MC2 + TOE/ -0 = 0 PPG The 0 PPG indicates, no good, an attack, negativity: rather use this Ex TOE = MC2 + TOE/
-16 = 16 PPG which after a lot of simplification means “Be good and count in doubles” the latter “Count in doubles” being the very simple basis for creating math that never reaches infinity, no rounding errors, the basis for how :Chaos Theory was discovered”, based on Mandelbrot set Fractal and this equation (z=z2+c). When added to the software that removes human error from financial systems, creates a non chaotic economic system, and truly amazing results. Be Nice, and count in doubles

Right, there’s a lot of good points that I can write about, I need to consider, not upsetting people, unless I write to every minister and they all ignore my correspondence, I further need to consider, what if every person that receives the emails, does not pass them on. Maybe I can make the letter specific to the person that answers the emails, asking questions is always a good way to get a reaction. If I have the name of the secretaries and address the email to them, that also increases the chance of response.

I’ll need to make the email short and two the point, then back in up with a few attachments, the secretary will either answer the questions, or feel it is not her place and will escalate the enquiry.

The attachment to the individual minister can have the same questions, which are no brainers and reinforce my work, plus some logistical questions to which I need to tighten up. “How much money does Greece need a year so it not fall further in debt for a year?” and the like. Let’s follow the Chaos Theory and ask only 4 questions.

Let’s set a target of 64 questions, 16 different emails. This is going to be a very long Chapter.

Ok let’s see how many departments we have…… LOL it just had to be 16 didn’t it. So I guess one email per department, sent to all Ministers.

Lets make up a standard introduction template, 3 paragraphs maximum, preferably 2, I’ll take it from the material at the beginning of the chapter, and use word links not insert the links to save space, first I get some positive paragraphs and then choose the best ones, it may make sense to make the letter to the MP as well but as its an attachment I can use more paragraphs, not to many though

All of which all are covered in detail within the 3000 odd pages he received, and whist the 5 questions asked of him are very simple, so will be the questions to experts in the other 40 odd subjects, and once all have agreed that within their filed of expertise’s that the project is indeed “The Holy Grail of Economics” we can finally get going.

Right so let’s make 2 paragraphs.

Dear (insert secretaries name)

I am attempting to make the government aware of a new economic theory and business initiative, and I would greatly appreciate your personal assistance. Much of the theory is found on the www.s-world.biz website and 3000 or so pages of source material and workings are in the hands of The Right Honorable MR Grayling MP.

I am writing to 16 relevant government department’s asking each 4 simple questions, please do not consider them as trick questions, the entire theory is based on simplicity, as Einstein stipulates “Simple” is the highest order of Intelligence. What we have here, is an awful lot of simple ideas in many fields combining to become more than the sum of there parts. The 40 or so different fields are listed below your questions.

Insert Questions

Computer science, Advanced Economics, Land development, Alternative energy, Infrastructure budgets, Foreign affairs, Defense, Social networking, Employment, Physiology, Pure mathematics, Building, Company structures, Travel, Carbon foot prints, Patent Law, Politics, Philosophy, Literature & publishing, Music, Public relations, Branding, Tutorial gaming, “Chaos Theory” “Gaia Theory”, “Particle physics”, “String theory”, “The Theory of Everything”, “The “Theory of Relativity”, The Euro Zone Crisis , The Greek Economy, Chinese’s Globalization, The Middle East, The Poverty line, The USA debt Crises, Company investment, API Networking, Global Baking Solutions, The media Film TV and Press, Oil & Energy.

Thank you so much, you have just assisted in bringing what can only be described as “The Holy Grail of Economics” into being.

If you are in any way uncomfortable answering these question, please be so kind as to ask (insert Ministers name” if he could spare five minutes of his precious time to assist, imagine the possibilities if many seasoned experts contributed and assisted with the Theory
Note put in all chaos theory links at the bottom.

Ok that’s pretty good, on to the specific departments and their four questions.

First

Department for Business, Innovation and Skills: “Science”

1. Do you agree that by simply counting in doubles from 2, so 2,4,8,16,32,64,128 etc, etc and only working within that framework of numbers it greatly reduces or removes the number of decimal places in computations.

Example 1: 4 x 16 / 32 + 128 -2 x 64 = 2 (numbers were picked at random and not adjusted)

Example 2: 5/9 = 0.5555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555

2. Many combinations of numbers, like the one above are infinite and will never end.
Do you agree that if we take all the businesses, banks governments and every calculation made on the planet, the trillions and trillions of number combinations many of which are infinite, make it impossible to accurately calculate the world’s finances.

3. Do you agree that if no number combination can reach infinity, given the right computer processing power and a global network that recorded all trades we would be able to calculate the global economy to a far higher degree of accuracy?

4. Do you believe considering we have a de facto patent on this concept, this idea if properly implemented, with an excellent supply and delivery method will make more that $10 Billion a year for good causes? http://www.s-world.tv/Facebook/home.html

The Equation Ex TOE = MC2 + TOE/ -16 = 16 PPG (which will make no sense to conventional scientists) and The Mandelbrot set fractal which most beautifully duplicates it shape each time it contracts where no calculation can equal infinity. It is the inspiration for the first 3 questions; this link http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/EEE-14Billion_Years.htm illustrates the world first steps towards a non chaotic global economy.

_______________________

Ok that’s a bit high brow, but it illustrates the math well, and I believe the questions can be answered by anyone without the need for assistance. If we remember Einstein’s, “If you can’t explain physics to a bar maid you don’t know enough about it” we are on track.

Second.

HM Treasury is the department responsible for formulating and putting into effect the UK Government's financial and economic policy. The Treasury's overall aim is to raise the rate of sustainable growth, and achieve rising prosperity, through creating economic and employment opportunities for all.

1. Do you believe that the hundreds of thousands of admin workers and accountants in the UK, who copy data from bank statements into accounting programs or on to paper make mistakes, cook the books or commit fraud from time to time?

2. Do you think it makes sense to make a financial accounting program really simple and easy to use, which connects directly to their bank so making, human error, creative accounting and fraud, much harder or even impossible?

3. Do you believe that if most or all mathematical mistakes were removed from government and business accounting systems it would improve financial controls and the UK economy?

4. Does it make sense to have such a program automatically tax audit companies saving them accounting and audit fee’s then have the program automatically pay tax to the government removing tax fraud?

Foreign and Commonwealth Office: promote the interests of the United Kingdom and to contribute to a strong world community

1. Do you think that companies on British soil expanding across the world will promote the interests of the United Kingdom?

2. Do you think assisting Greece to become profitable without cost or assistance from any country will contribute to a strong world community?

3. Do you think assisting the USA with its debt crisis will contribute to a strong world community?

4. Do you think under certain promises of peace assisting Iran, Afghanistan & Pakistan to become more westernized will contribute to a strong world community? (This is one of the questions we most need political advice on.)
More general information on this: http://www.s-world.biz/The_Virtual_Network-Chapter_18-Cities_of_Science.htm
Macro version including work on a non chaotic economic system:
http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/EEE-14Billion_Years.htm
Micro Version: http://www.s-world.biz/Sparta_Rises_Again/S-World_Business_Plan.htm that doubles up as a stand alone business plan.

Again nice and simple

_______________________

Department of Energy and Climate Change: The Department of Energy and Climate Change brings together energy policy and climate change mitigation policy

1. Do you think investing many Billions of dollars on alternate energy products like wind turbines, solar panels and Hydro electric Dams, and replacing an entire cities power supply from fossil and nuclear powered energy to green energy is good for the environment.

2. Do you think cars that run on electricity are more environmentally friendly that petrol cars?

3. Do you think huge alternate energy powered desalination projects (make fresh water from see water), in desert regions, with intent to change the desert or arid soil into fertile pastures or even rain forests, will decrease the worlds carbon footprint?

4. Do you think considering Hydro electric power already powers about 15% of the world, that rather than continually burning the oil that is running out, it makes sense to build more Dams?
(Note: we have not managed to get statistics on how many Dams there are in the world. This said on the internet there really aren’t that many, Its most likely that the entire world can be run without fuel or nuclear power for less money than the US debt balance, this of course also has the effect of creating many jobs)

Department for Communities and Local Government - 6 Ministers

Communities and Local Government sets policy on local government, housing, urban regeneration, planning and fire and rescue. We have responsibility for all race equality and community cohesion related issues in England and for building regulations and fire safety.

1. Do you think a few hundred thousand houses made at no government cost but offered freely to the Government for the UK citizens would be good for the homeless?

2. Do you think building enough houses to house 4 million people will create many jobs?

3. Do you think it’s worth saving the British economy in exchange for some land rezoning?

4. Do you think constructing a city powered by alternate energy that has been specifically designed to benefit the environment, is better than traditional urban planning?

Department for Culture, Media and Sport - 4 Ministers

DCMS is the Department responsible for the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and we help drive the Digital Economy. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for all through cultural and sporting activities, to support the pursuit of excellence and to champion the tourism, creative and leisure industries.

1. Do you believe creating a huge science and technology university, that like Stanford university allows businesses to work with students ideas (They now call this Silicone Valley) will help drive the digital economy.

2. Do you think if all businesses within the park/university shared technology, not letting patents block the progress of others it would further drive the Digital economy?

3. Do you think this business plan for a new type travel company is a good idea http://www.s-world.biz/FaceBook/Travel.htm (sorry that will take more than a few minutes to divulge)

4. Do you think it would be better if the British Football Association had the rights for a Global Soccer league than FIFA?

Department for Transport - 4 Ministers

The Department for Transport (DT) has four Departmental strategic objectives which focus on the core areas of its business. These are to:

• Enhance access to jobs, services and social networks, including the most disadvantaged.

The Department creates the strategic framework for transport services, which are delivered through a wide range of public and private sector bodies including its own executive agencies. DT often works in partnership, funding the provision and

1. Do you think a minimum of $64 Billion spent on roads, motorways and rail will improve the transport system

2. Do you think this will create more jobs & sustain economic growth

3. Do you think giving 4 British car manufactures huge incentives and funds to create fuel less cars will Improve the environmental performance of transport

4. Do you believe creating a vast city or many smaller towns where fuel cars are not permitted it will encourage the use of fuel less cars

Further reading on transport infrastructure http://www.s-world.biz/Spartan_Theory/Infrastructure_Costs-16th_Sept_2011.htm Please note this is for one of 16 sub cities for science city, the same will be spent on network city. Hence you will need to multiply figures by 32.

_______________________

Department of Health - 5 Ministers

The aim of the Department of Health (DH) is to improve the health and well-being of people in England.

1. Do you think making drugs that are similar to current ones, such as expensive cancer drugs, without infringing copyright patents then freely offering the chemical formulas to government’s for them to make at cost price will benefit the health of British Citizens

2. Do you think by mass producing these drugs in China or alternate country then giving them freely to third world nations, will save and improve lives

3. Do you believe a university with a budget of $30 Billion a year spending 10 to 15 percent of its time on medical research, is likely to create new cures for, Cancer and other life threatening diseases?

4. Do you think by applying these initiatives it is the best PR exorcise ever created, so increasing the brand love of all companies that get involved, will make the public at large prefer more likely to do business with said companies, than others that simply exist to make profit for shareholders?

_______________________

Department for Education - 5 Ministers

The Department for Education is responsible for education and children’s services.

_______________________

Department for International Development - 3 Ministers

The Department for International Development (DFID) leads the UK Government’s work to reduce poverty reduction and achieve the Millennium Development Goals. DFID funds UK development programs in developing countries, and also channels money through international agencies to reduce poverty.

1. Would creating super cities, powered by alternate energy at a cost of $1,024 trillion each be classed as good international development?

2. Will creating a loss leader agricultural centre that supplies free fruit and vegetables and further supplying free medicine and pharmaceuticals on mass to third world countries reduce poverty?

3. Will creating +/- 2,000,000 well paid jobs for citizens in the third world further reduce poverty and vastly improve their economies?

4. Is excellent education for hundreds of thousands of third world 18 to 23 year olds, likely to improve the long term future of their countries?

_______________________

Home Office - 6 Ministers

The Home Office leads a national effort to protect the public from terror, crime and anti-social behavior. We secure our borders and welcome legal migrants and visitors. We safeguard identity and citizenship. We help build the security, justice and respect that enable people to prosper in a free and tolerant society.

1. Is offering the Taliban, infrastructure, understanding, hospitals, schools and universities, within a neutral zone between Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran, more likely to sustain long term peace, than the current policy of war which has caused the death of over 2000 USA and British soldiers?

2. Would such a gesture decrease the likelihood of younger generations of both The Taliban and Al Qaeda turning to fanatical fighters as the West has done nothing to promote peace and killed many of their friends and family?

3. Would the same offer of infrastructure, compassion, hospitals, schools and universities, within a neutral zone between Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran, added to a global unilateral disarmament program be a more appealing reason for Iran to stop its nuclear weapon program than the current method of ostracizing them?

4. Would all the world’s nuclear weapons be better placed orbiting earth in a global defense grid, ready to destroy planet killer asteroids?

(Save the last, which as far fetched as it sounds makes a lot of sense in many ways, these initiatives are highly political, hence the need for political advice, if this work goes public and it is decided this is not a good initiative, it will further infuriate already infuriated countries.)

The Babylon project, a vast desalination project aimed at creating a neutral zone, where no weapons of any kind are allowed, with small but growing cities, infrastructure, hospitals, schools and universities, where each fractions particular laws apply, a place for diplomacy and understanding, a place to promote peace and brotherhood.

The greatest Chaos Theory problem is changing the weather, 10 trillion liters of waste a year for many years will accomplish just that, as crops and man made forests create oxygen, mixed with the hydrogen in the air, eventually humidity will form, followed by rain and the weather will be changed.

It also has the advantage of making Afghanistan not land locked and a lot safer.

I have made a pun based on the American Express adds.

Making everyone’s lives a lot wetter $256 Billion!
Sustainable peace in the Middle East Priceless.

“The Babylon Project”

The hanging gardens of Babylon were of course in Iraq, but it’s an excellent name.

Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs - 4 Ministers

The Government believes that we need to protect the environment for future generations, make our economy more environmentally sustainable, and improve our quality of life and well-being. We also believe that much more needs to be done to support the farming industry, protect biodiversity and encourage sustainable food production

Hmmm much of this has been mentioned before, and I don’t wish to repeat myself.

1. Do you believe making the world run on energy sources other than oil, coal and nuclear power will protect the environment for future generations?

2. Do you think the $80,000 average price of a 75 Kilowatt wind turbine sounds expensive?
Considering in essence it’s merely metal and electronics.

3. Do you think millions of experts and students is many cities of science around the world, will be able to not only reduce the price per unit but also increase the energy output?

4. Do you think a mass global order of a million turbines would further decrease the price?

Ministry of Defense - 6 Minster’s

The aim of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces is: to deliver security for the people of the United Kingdom and the Overseas Territories by defending them, including against terrorism; and to act as a force for good by strengthening international peace and stability

We are looking at a similar department to the home office, defending the UK from terror. I’m going to duplicate the questions.

Department for Work and Pensions - 5 Ministers

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for delivering support and advice through a modern network of services to people of working age, employers, pensioners, families and children and disabled people. Its key aims are to help its customers become financially independent and to help reduce child poverty.

Hmmm similar to my answers on employment for the HM Treasury section, maybe I can swap the Treasury questions to this section and write new treasury questions more relevant to investment and economics.

1. Do you agree that spending $256Billion on building houses will create many jobs?

2. Do you agree that spending $256Billion on building infrastructure will create many jobs?

3. Do you agree that +/- $15 Billion a year on university staff will create many jobs

4. Do you agree if all was located in the same place and a city was constructed around it, it will create many new employment opportunities for all?

Nice and simple questions, easily answered lead to the links, excellent.

Only two left, sterling work today ?

10.13 pm Wednesday December 14th 2011

Long stint yesterday, but extremely productive, as I thought coming back to the UK has added to the work rate and professionalism.

Some more thoughts, first what attachments to send, I need to make an executive summary to be sent with all emails, I’ll add to that list of questions to all departments that will be updated as we proceed.

I think the most important emails go to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and each email should have different questions, through these questions I can highlight the business plans, and most likely improve it along the way.

It may well be best to work all day on the questions, and get all the email addresses so I'm ready to send in force tomorrow, as soon as I get a reply, I would seem pushy. This also has the effect of making the attachment of all questions concise.

To break things up, maybe I should phone up and get the email addresses and secretaries names a bit at a time.
Lastly, it makes sense to try a different first 2 paragraphs to the different ministers in each department.
Right so, first thing on the agenda, finish the last two sets of questions then I will get the first set of email addresses.

Minister without Portfolio (Minister of State) - 1 Minister

Responsibilities include:

1. Acting as an interface between the Government and the Conservative Party

2. Providing the Prime Minister with strategic thinking on the general direction of Government policy and working with Ministerial colleagues in relation to social cohesion and Big Society

3. Contributing to the Government’s policy and decision making processes as a member of Cabinet and Cabinet Committees

This is a good one; Strategic Thinking

1. Do you think creating a business network that connects all British businesses and industries, so allowing them to collectively purchase goods (for example, all pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets make one order for beverages so reducing the cost below the lowest wholesale rate) will save such businesses money and make them more competitive?

2. Do you think a collective order for say a billion bottles of Amstel Beer, will make Amstel more likely to create a brewery in the UK?

3. Do you think such a brewery will increase Britain’s tax revenue and create jobs?

4. Do you think if the network also provided financial software that directly linked to banks and there suppliers which outputted to Government audit standard, it would make creative accounting near impossible and so further increase Britain’s tax revenue?

Cabinet Office - 4 Ministers

The Cabinet Office sits at the centre of government and, with the Treasury, provides the government’s co-ordination function. The Cabinet Office has an overarching purpose of making government work better and more efficiently. The Department has three core functions that enable it to achieve this overarching purpose:

• Supporting the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister – to define and deliver the Government’s objectives, implement political and constitutional reform, and drive forward from the centre particular cross-departmental priority issues such as public service improvement, social exclusion, the Third Sector;

• Supporting the Cabinet – to drive the coherence, quality and delivery of policy and operations across departments; and

• Strengthening the Civil Service – to ensure the civil service is organized effectively and efficiently and has the capability in terms of skills, values and leadership to deliver the Government's objectives, including ensuring value for money to the taxpayer. Working with the Treasury to drive efficiency and reform across the public sector.

1. Do you think all the people in the accountancy, administration, finance, and revenue public centre jobs make data capturing mistakes from time to time?

2. Do you think creating financial software and constructing a network that connects with banks and suppliers across all public sectors so elevating most data capturing & fraud will make the government work better and more efficiently?

3. Do you think such a measure would lessen the need for financial and admin staff, so saving the government money?

4. Do you think the various government departments that deal with Britain’s finances would be assisted with extremely accurate data, in an easy to interpret format, would be better able to make accurate economic forecasts, and be able to easily see which departments are overspending? (If one had 1000 hospitals, and suddenly one spent far more than the average, an immediate investigation could be launched)

Ok, that’s 64 questions to 16 departments, time to get some contact details; I’m going to do this on a separate sheet.

It seems getting the PA’s names is difficult, However I have found a page with all the emails on, I’m going to change tactics, and ask email recipients to repute the questions, so that if they do not reply it counts as a validation.

More news, I’ve just received a letter from Mr. Grayling MP who it seems is not a Minister, it has its positives, but I am very glad I spent the last 5 days preparing for a rejection. It also reinforces my concern that he felt that I was just looking to create a business plan, not a political economic solution, and hence writing a hundred odd questions to the Government spelling out the direct benefits to them has been a good exercise, this of course should be highlighted in the Executive summary, which may well be better of called a Parliamentary Summary.

Here is his letter. (Tuesday 13th December 2011)

Dear Mr Ball

Thank you for attending my surgery last Friday at the Epsom & Ewell Conservative Association office in Ashtead, and for our discussion on the euro zone crisis.

I have read carefully through your proposal, as well as the further material you left for me yesterday. You have some intriguing ideas, but as a junior minister in the coalition, I cannot become involved in a project of the kind you are suggesting, I’m afraid, as my current position means that I have to focus directly on issues within my particular portfolio at the Department for work and pensions

I do wish you well with your project, but am afraid that there is no action I can take for you at this stage.

With best wishes

Yours sincerely

Chris Grayling.

Ok so we have the quote “Intriguing ideas” “read carefully” and no denial of my question, “please try to find any flaws”

This also has the advantage of giving me the perfect excuse to write to every minister, as if it is not his department, whose is it?

One obvious point, I made the letter focus on education and the university, thinking he was the minister of Education. I did not highlight the creation of jobs and so he has a fair right to say, it’s not in his portfolio. However ignoring my request to speak to government economists and business analysts is very slack, especially as he found it intriguing and without fault

Ok time for the “Parliamentary Summary”, lets make a winner, simple but powerful, explaining the befits to the UK Government.

Parliamentary Summary

To: The Coalition Government of the United Kingdom.

On the 1st December I returned to the UK having spent the last 10 months working on a solution to the Greek debt crisis. 1, 2, 3, 4. The economic plans are generic in nature and can be adapted to any country including the UK. As such they now offer a global economic solution. THE ONLY WORKABLE GLOBAL ECONOMIC SOLUTION on any table in any land.

On Friday 9th December I had the pleasure of meeting the RT. HON CRISS GRAYLING MP Mr. Grayling found no flaws and described the plans as “intriguing” However the presentation made was not within his specific portfolio of “Work & Pensions” as I had not highlighted a byproduct of the initiative creates about 2 million jobs for the host country.

In August I started to discover the business and economic plans were instinctive “Chaos Theory” which was first described on the 16th September. Then later here, here, here, here and then a significant break trough was made by eliminating rounding errors from mathematical computation so creating a non chaotic economic structure, and shortly after a micro business adaptation.

Dearly departed “Steve Jobs” ex CEO of Apple describes his vision and success down to Zen instinctive thinking. This page shows how this formula E x TOE = MC2 + TOE/ -16 = 16 PPG combined with the Mandelbrot set fractal became the inspiration for the non chaotic economic structure.

Einstein however describes his achievements down to his ability to think very simply, quote “If you can’t explain physics to a barmaid, you don’t know enough about it!” I’ll not go into detail about the original “The Spartan Theory” Other than to say it was a result of choosing to use all the profit I would have made from the business plan VIRGIN accepted in March worth up to $50B, for the betterment of mankind, and the subsequent thoughts of how best to spend the money to achieve the maximum good.

I think it must have been the purity of thought that comes with a truly selfless deed, that lead to many, many simple ideas combining to create more than the sum of there parts, an example is best seen on the original “Chaos Theory” paper. To this end and to illustrate the nock on effects of the various works found on the www.s-world.biz website. I have decided to illustrate the benefits to the UK governments and citizens by picking 16 government departments and asking not the ministers, rather the assistants, PA’s or secretaries to dispute or approve 4 simple questions relevant to their department.

With the exception of the questions to the Ministry of Defense & Home Office relating to “The Babylon Project” and some questions to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills all should be able to be answered easily, achieving the same results if answered by the Minister in charge of the department or the janitor, and so demonstrating the pure simplicity of the project and the benefits to the government in every conceivable field. I have, alongside this parliamentary summary, attached a list of all the questions asked to all 16 departments, Its quite possible with the exception of the above mentioned departments questions, most government employees in any rank, would be able to understand and answer all questions should they choose to test the formula.

When we get to the inner working of the structure however, it is extremely difficult for any one man or woman to understand all parts of the work, as it is a combination of all the below topics and subjects.

Computer science, Pure Economics, Land development, Alternative energy, Infrastructure budgets, Foreign affairs, Defense, Social networking, Population dynamics, Engineering, Town planning, Employment, Physiology, Pure mathematics, Building, Company structures, Travel, Carbon foot prints, Patent Law, Politics, Philosophy, Literature & publishing, Music, Public relations, Desalination, Branding, Tutorial gaming, “Chaos Theory” “Gaia Theory”, “Particle physics”, “String theory”, , “The Theory of Everything”, “The “Theory of Relativity”, The Euro Zone Crisis , The Greek Economy, Chinese’s Globalization, The Middle East, The Poverty line, The USA debt Chris, Company investment, API Networking, Global Baking Solutions, The media Film TV and Press, Oil & Energy.

Am I an expert in all the above fields? No of course not, no one is, this said I have simple knowledge of all, and they all play a part, often bouncing of each other to create solutions again greater than the sum of their parts. Imagine the possibilities if experts in each field added to the work that already demonstrates a complete fix to the Greek economy, a serious nudge in the right direction for the UK economy and a part solution for the USA debt crisis, which in a few years will implode with catastrophic results.

So what’s it all about?

First, what we have here is a business plan, and please do not see a business plan irrelevant to economics or government, especially when governments are in debt and attempting to lower or elevate borrowing. DON’T BORROW MONEY, MAKE MONEY, THEN MAKE THE MONEY WORK HARDER.

And if we look at these three links Summary, Economic & Business you will get the picture, all tell much the same story but in different ways. These links and the entire presentation would be greatly enhanced if traditional economics and business structures were intertwined. Expecting one man with good instincts, vision, creativity and a simple way of connecting the dots to complete such a project in isolation is not conducive of creating the best solution.

In a nutshell, the object is to create a fully automated global trade network, elevating human error & fraud from accounting and tax collection, decreasing the price of food, good’s and commodities across the board, increasing financial efficiency. To start such a process from scratch without the aid of an experienced technology company is not the optimum strategy; hence the early change of direction from VIRGIN to GOOGLE, then facebook, 2, 3 all be it, from Cape Town, South Africa where the work was created, it is impossible to contact such companies. So the work is so far unknown to them or any other company.

Be it facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft, IBM a combination or all, properly presented and analyzed, the various pre “networking the world” plans for Virtual Networking, retail, travel and real estate are revolutionary and extremely profitable. Said companies can invest their own money for 100% ownership, or based on profit forecasts will find a host of companies happy to invest on there behalf and split the company ownership and dividends.

Following good business practices employed by McDonalds and others, investment is secured by land and property in such a way as to make the real estate holding worth as much or more that the total investment, this is done by taking either an extremely large piece of land, as is put forward to Greece (Laconia 1400 Sq Miles) or by many small pieces of land as described in the Micro business plan. The Greece Laconia initiative of course is of such gigantic proportions it may well not see the light of day and the Micro route preferred. However considering the advantages to Greece, if they were to have a referendum, I expect near all Greek citizens would warmly approve. If Britain wished to emulate the model The Micro route will I’m sure be preferred.

As half of all investment goes into building houses and constructing infrastructure, one in essence created a new Dubai and achieves an investment opportunity that without any other business advantages makes good business sense and so for other industries, if for no other reason than to keep up with the Jones the development will gain much consideration.

The jewel in the crown, the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle is to turn the City or many towns into living practical universities. This adds prestige to the development so elevating the property prices above the initial investment price, and so, no longer a secure investment a profitable investment. But that’s not the only advantage, with ¼ of the initial investment destined for the university and its buildings being covered by the infrastructure budget. The university has the power to employ over 300,000 staff, add 700,000 students all of whom spend half there time on the practical assignment of Networking the parent companies businesses, analyzing the data and offering business advice. And for no additional capital outlay, the monumental networking and software development exercise start’s in such colossal style, that no company can ever consider competing.

There is precedent for this type of practical university. In the early 1950’s Stanford University dean of engineering, Frederick Terman, created a seven-hundred-acre industrial park on university land for private companies that could commercialize the ideas of his students. Now they call it “Silicone Valley” However to repeat without improving a model lacks vision and innovation. With 50% of university time spent of the global networking and software development assignment, the students will have excellent knowledge of the process, and coming from someone that liked physics & math at school but never excelled because I did not see a use for it, letting students see the results of their endeavors will dramatically improve their computer science and related skills. As for the rest of their time, most subjects will be covered but alternate energy, pharmaceuticals research, economics, science and theoretical science will be championed. It will not take long for the staff and teachers to make new innovations and often apply them to the practice project with which they are familiar.

The difference between this practical university and Silicone valley however, is that all advances and discoveries can be freely used by all associated companies which sooner or later gives technical superiority over their competitors. Further to this all medical and pharmaceutical formulas are made free to the world so creating brand love for any associated company. Add up what we have so far: Real estate worth more than the initial investment, being hardwired in at the centre of an ever growing global trade network, free technical, economic and academic advances and improved branding, and see advantages for every company and every industry.

Further to this however comes bouncing effect of the city construction process, the city is designed to be an eco city, designed to run exclusively on alternate energy, with no research costs and partner businesses in manufacturing, energy companies have huge orders, as do the manufacturing companies. The opportunities for real estate and land development companies are beyond extensive. And again considering the free access to technical information, any company can expand into new industries. This list goes on and on, but is best described by the first ever paper I wrote on “Chaos Theory” and as such we are back to the beginning.

There are some more points technical in nature, such as “POP” (Pressure of Profit) which is best described here. I’ll not go into the “Give Half Back” corporation tax, as it’s not as simple for the UK as it is for Greece, the best source of information is here. As for the investment, we are looking for 16 industries split into 4 at a cost of $4B each, with further land options at $12B over 8 years. This initiative will create between one and two million jobs per parent country, and as best I can tell due to its scientific POP structure, can be replicated again and again across the free world. All be it the first 4 territories will have a serious advantage. I am currently looking at Greece (closed investment), slingshot to UK (open investment) USA Global Auction and somewhere in the Middle East (Middle Eastern investment)

Lastly the more cities added the faster the business network grows, the sooner we have free medicines and the less dependent the world is on fossil fuels.

Note: the advantages to the businesses of the countries initially networked near infinite.

Final note, please excuse and grammatical errors, I can’t be good at everything!
