Is the global economy a chaotic system? Can anyone make a credible long term prediction?

Yes it is, and no they can’t.

“Rounding errors in numerical computation yield widely diverging outcomes for chaotic systems, rendering long-term prediction impossible.” “Chaos Theory”

Are the rounding errors of all the shops and the businesses and all the banks and all the governments what make the global economy a chaotic system?

No! They don’t help, but No.

What is?

Humans,

Millions upon millions of often mal content, disillusioned humans, doing the same job every day, in the same way, day on day, inputting number after number, after number, their entire working life dedicated to inputting numbers. The only one thing you can be mathematically certain on is they will make a mistake. And in all too many cases, they will find a way to steal without getting caught, and then it’s only a matter of waiting until they really need money.

The only way to turn the economy into a non chaotic (manageable) system is to listen to the “Chaos Theory” reverse engineer it and, get rid of the humans.

Sienna.Gov was envisioned well before we knew exactly how, why or when it would connect to a Government system. All we knew was its name and that we desired the software to eliminate humans from businesses accounting and calculate tax to government audit standard, so saving companies money on financial staff, accountants and auditors, plus making it 100% accurate and alleviating the opportunities for fraud.

Have a look at the two examples:
In February, the bedrock of what is now the www.S-World.biz business plan was this http://www.s-world.biz/Early_Tourism_plans/Page_6_Finance.html and in July http://www.s-world.biz/FaceBook/5_FaceBook_Travel_Financial_Software.htm

So how will we adapt this software to run a government? We won’t, I was looking at it from the wrong direction. The answer like most good ideas was simple, all be it surprising.

Seeing as since the very beginning, it was desired to output to government approved tax audit, why not let the business software automatically pay tax. Look at what we are trying to achieve in Greece 500,000 businesses networked and using the software.

500,000 businesses automatically paying tax, calculated in a near foolproof manor, Sienna.Gov starts its life in government systems simply by being government tax collection software. I did not see that coming, definitely surprising and decidedly not glamorous, but effective, very effective.

In time, when governments ask if the software can run internal systems, and networks, of course it can and of course we will, but for now, it collects tax.

Well that’s what it does for the government, what does it do for the economy in general and the businesses it serves?

The Greek Business Network

If you have started here, a quick recap: We soon expect to have a $100 Billion war chest, for consulting, advising, networking and installing software into 500,000 Greek Businesses. By using the software, businesses that are currently not paying tax will be about 10% better of, those that are paying tax will be a bout 40% better off.

The real key or trick to success is to convince Greek business owners, that if they use the software and pay tax, they will be more profitable, than if they did not use the system and did not pay tax.

This is why.

1. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. Staff, accountants and auditors costs reduced.
2. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. All money lost due to human error eliminated.
3. All humans removed from the administrative & accounting process. All money lost due to human fraud eliminated.
4. VAT reduced from 25% to 10% *(provisional figures)
5. Payroll Tax halved *(provisional figures)
6. Collective purchasing & Shared distribution networks, reduces costs on all supplies by 25% to 50%
7. Business expansion into complementary businesses safer & easier.
8. Vastly improved internet presence at no cost.
9. Vastly improved customer service and customer retention
10. Well monitored performance evaluation of all companies
11. Dedicated business advisory team, permanently operating from New Sparta “Science City”
12. Opportunities to conduct business in “New Sparta”
13. The Entire New Sparta University dedicated to making every Greek Business more profitable, ytying to temp foring companies to Greece and trying to improve Greek export competitiveness.
14. New global export opportunities found via the software and in New Sparta “Network City”

All in all, a lot of good reasons to use the software, and with the idea firmly proposed that the Greek Citizens have a referendum on making the software, systems and networks mandatory by 2014, with hefty penalties imposed on companies forced to use the system that suddenly record profits, there is little point in companies not using Sienna.Gov just to avoid trying to avoid paying tax.

To make life easier, a tax amnesty for all companies that use the software is suggested.

More detail on points 4 to 13 to come, but first an example of how Collective purchasing & Shared distribution networks really makes a difference.

Cheap Beer

It’s as good an example as any.

Of our 500,000 Greek businesses, how many will be restaurants and bars? 50,000 at least I’d say

A few will be chains or franchises, but most will be sole traders, their maximum ordering power in beer, simply as much as their customers drink. Not so when networked to Sienna.Gov, the order for beer, is collective between the 50,000 restaurants. That’s on par with the biggest supermarket and wholesale chains in Europe, the price will definitely drop.

But hold on, what about the supermarkets themselves, their also on the system, so combine the orders, and throw in the bottle stores and off licences, hotels, and anywhere else that sells beer, and , That’s a lot of beer, I’d say collectively the biggest single order in Europe. If only 4 different beers were championed, that’s further increases the order.

For the biggest single order of beer in Europe its well worth foreign beer companies opening a brewery in Greece, there is no real competition and it gives them the opportunity to open a brewery in “New Sparta” (See Business in New Sparta)

The brewery will have to use the software of course and it will be profitable because of it, the profits go back to the country of origin, the tax goes to the Greek Government, and beer prices for all Greek supplies are the cheapest in Europe. For the average restaurant and bar, probably half price.

As for exports, let’s say, the beer was Amstel, country of origin, Holland. Considering the tax, it will cost Amstel more to make beer in Holland than it does in Greece, and due to many hard to break trade agreements, restaurants in Holland will find it is cheaper to order their beer through the Sienna.Gov network than from any supplier in Holland.
So it may well come to pass that the majority of the Dutch, drink Amstel made in Greece.

Cheap Everything.

The same principal will apply for absolutely everything, with 500,000 businesses collectively ordering, pharmaceuticals, cars, electrical goods, jewellery, base metals, bricks.....

The same principal, either just the best price in Europe, or an even better price as companies set up manufacturing centres in Greece and New Sparta, which they will wish to do anyway due to the tax breaks.

This is Sienna.Gov and this is how Greece will not only recover, it will excel.

So much more than just collecting tax.

Why has this not been done before?

It’s only recently been possible to connect different company’s databases, its very time consuming and expensive. We have allocated $100 Billion, and that just start up fee’s, its an ongoing project, all the businesses constantly monitored, and millions of teachers scientists, economists, students constantly working on how to further improve, for ever.

But whatever it costs, will be worth it.

Why?

Before I get to why, I’d like to discuss the workflow of creating a new industry sector to the software, as we have started with restaurants, I’ll continue....

The first thing I’d like to point out is the actual software design is a relatively small part of the process, the majority of time and money will be spent looking at each individual business and working out how to improve the business, what is it about the business that makes it successful and making database connections with suppliers.

It’s been said before; it’s not just about the code, it’s what we want the software to achieve.

To fully understand, please take a detailed look at the travel industry example of what we wish to achieve, http://www.s-world.biz/FaceBook/Travel.htm Please note, we are not looking to connect restaurants to facebook; in the travel example only two of the ten sections are relevant to facebook, namely 2. facebook Travel Reps and Agents & 6. Facebook friends of friends travel marketing. Of other 8 sections were already described in the previous travel proposal made for VIRGIN. The missing section being 3, facebook Travel Service ratings which considering we are building an internal network of 500,000 Greek businesses will work as effectively within the network.

It will of course be an advantage if facebook or more to the point Mark Zuckerberg were to work on the project, not just for credibility, which will see companies and people in general more happy and trusting of the software, but for their experience and the hope they will discover things we have not thought of yet.
|
And that’s a large part of what we wish to achieve, finding new ways to add to the basic software to improve individual business types.

And this is why; the majority of the $100,000 per business budget will be spent on business analyses and networks. If there are 50,000 restaurants in Greece, and we look at what makes each one work, analyse the good analyse the bad, analyse the mediocre, and network every possible supplier, the collective knowledge of what works and what does not, programmed into the software, by the law of averages, and just plain common sense, by the time the software is complete, it will be very effective, it will genuinely be next generation, as its design is per human interaction with real businesses.

And as such, much like the travel software is created to be used internationally, so will the software for restaurants, once we have had 50,000 opinions and think tanks and applied the software to real businesses, much like the travel software it will be a must use for businesses across the world. And as such, assisting Greece businesses in the way described, is actually the best way to create the software, so the $100 Billion, is an investment, a development budget applied practically.

Dear Mark.

I never had anything that I thought you would really enjoy until the latest breakthrough

Facebook gifts, here it makes a lot of money but there’s no programming challenge

Facebook travel, here it’s interesting, but as a love project, not quite.

But This Sienna.gov, this is surely, OMG WOW, let’s get going, this is what I do!!!

That’s it

Oh here is the last latter I wrote to you, it’s written specifically between 3pm GMT sat and 3pm GMT sun, respecting string theory and SIS, and shows the amusing example of where the Chaos Theory originally came to
Oh may as well loot at these as well 25 reasons.......
