·         Villa Rentals and Travel:  Rent the Villas, approach Armani, Bulgari & the One and Only about branding the hotel, tie in with Club Med, Virgin Holidays, Virgin Hip Hotels, Amex Centurion & Quintessentially.
·         Luxury Real Estate Sales: Sell's the Villas and rooms in the Hotel, the unfinished villas (Later phases) are sold off uniquely through the S-World 3D VIRTUAL WORLD.

Before we start this we will locally (In Africa) pilot our PR Methods and start to create TV Shows
